Recent Projects:
Bader Company (baderco.com) The largest insurance agency for self-storage units requested a new website design with top-notch search engine optimization. This new website design gives Bader Company the ability to expand their services offered to clients and new customers. We are also building a new registration process online for new customers that gives them the ease and flexibility to receive quotes, change policies, print their current policy and more.
Westring Construction (westringconstruction.com) This website project was a fantastic undertaking. We redesigned the website and gave it a professional look, a new logo and earned the trust of an excellent client. We improved the search engine rankings on Google immensely. Previously, the site wasn't ranked at all. Now it ranks on Google's first page for many local keywords and phrases. We will be working with Westring Construction for the next year to improve the overall marketing of the company.
Eco-Handyman.com (Eco-handyman.com) This website project was a new initiative of LevelCS, Inc. We created a new website and gave it a creative and professional look (Notice the paintbrush bristles are blades of grass). We also conducted a 5-star search engine optimization strategy which put this website and the owner on the first page of Google within 3 weeks.
Chicago Public Library (chipublib.org) As a consultant, I managed the CPL website in 2009 along with 3 other staffed personnel. I served as content manager, and Millennium Park digital collections project manager. Launched Millennium Park project on-time while collaborating with 10 staff members under multiple departments. I created statistical analysis and recommendations for the site and consulted on numerous usability issues and information architecture.
Professional Education Institute Served as project manager, usability specialist and information architect for the redesign of CarletonSheets.com, utilizing Scrum.

Association of Legal Administrators (alanet.org) Managed a department accountable for 5 websites in a multi-project environment including an Aqualogic Portal. Managed and participated in the overhaul of alanet.org, a 600+ page site in 8 weeks and launched 1 day early. Conducted extremely comprehensive usability study of alanet.org and created new user-friendly e-commerce registration forms for event registrations.
Annual Conference site visits increased by 156% among many other increases in website statistics.
Hudson Institute (hudson.org) – This site won the Gold Award for excellent design and functionality by the American Association of Webmasters. I served as project portfolio manager, information architect and usability specialist from 2001-2007. We performed all content management, staff training, usability and information architecture. Managed the bookstore and merchant accounts including the creation of board reports and statistical analysis. Created and managed internet marketing, email campaigns, and search engine optimization.
Heartland Institute (heartland.org) – We conducted a 2-month, comprehensive usability study for Heartland Institute, which led the organization to a successful redesign of their website launched in 2008. User-testing, member questionnaires, staff questionnaire and heuristic evaluations were conducted. Many issues with the old site were uncovered. Issues such as: poor navigation, unrecognizable labels, and poor design. We are proud to have contributed to the professionalism of the new site.
Sagamore Institute (sipr.org) - From 2003-2007, Storiale Consulting Group worked as the organization's project portfolio management company and conducted all website initiatives for Sagamore Institute including marketing contests, content management, usability, information architecture, Spanish translations, tracking applications, and knowledge management systems. In 2008, I conducted a comprehensive usability and heuristic evaluation that helped lead the organization to a new design in 2009.
Center on Economic Progress (tax-coalition.org) – This site has over 10,000 publications. We reorganized the entire navigation and revitatized the site with a new design using world-class usability and information architecture standards. This site was supposed to be temporary, however, it is still being used today given the professionalism of the design and ease-of-use reported by the website visitors and staff.
FASTEN: Faith and Services Technical Education Network – (fastennetwork.org) – This website earned the Gold-Standard award for its functionality, content, usability and service by the American Association of Webmasters. I managed this site from 2003-2006. As a consultant, I served as chief information architect on new content and usability specialist. Massive content uploading was involved for 18 months. 25% of the content was translated into Spanish. Multiple web-based marketing campaigns were created including Google Adwords, government funded online contest (post Hurricane Katrina), and newsletters.
Center on Faith in Communities (centeronfic.org) – Consulted on this website as html programmer, usability specialist, information architect and content manager from 2003-2006. Project manager and trainer for ask-the expert applications, content management system and tracking databases. In addition, I managed the bookstore for 12 months and served as Web site advisor to the Director, Amy Sherman, PhD. Storiale Consulting Group also completed extensive search engine optimization for the Center on Faith in Communities in June, 2009.
Pharmaceutical Education and Research Institute (PERI, Inc) (peri.org) – As Distance Education Manager and Webmaster, I created 3 online courses related to pharmaceutical and drug development marketed to top pharmaceutical companies. Conducted instructional design, all programming, subject matter expert recruitment, course administration, and learning management integration for these courses. Spearheaded the redesign of PERI's website, content management of course information, and served on the marketing team for new logo development.
